Riot Phroxzon, on his Twitter account, tweeted today that patch 12.13 changes are known and being implemented. Here is what he had to say:
" We're targeting non-burst buffs for burst-oriented champs (which will increase burst some amount on account of snowballing a bit more). Gwen changes lower W, E uptime, and hit R burst. Sivir changes aim to give her more moments of personal power. "
As such, champions buffed in League of Legends patch 12.13 are:
- Renekton
- Elise
- Fiddlesticks
- Evelynn
- Kled
- Karthus
- Taliyah
- Galio
- Master Yi
- Vex
In addition, Olaf is having his jungle role buffed as well, to move him away from his top lane domination and back where he belongs. In the jungle, that is.
The champions getting nerfed in patch 12.13 are:
- Corki
- Volibear
- Bel'Veth
- Senna
Patch 12.13 will also contain some changes for champions that Riot Games still seems unsure of, so we have not put those on our list. However, one thing we can say is that Riot Games are showing favoritism to some champions, such as Senna.
Her numbers are currently off the charts, and yet, the only nerfs she is getting are minuscule in nature, targeting her base health, and nerfing the base damage of her Q by a small amount, as well as the duration of her root by 0.25 seconds.
None of these are what is making Senna a beast in multiple roles currently, and we wonder when will Riot Games start treating all of their champions equally?
