As is the case with every year's Essence Emporium, this year it will come mid-season again, with patch 12.12. So here is a chance to get some new stuff without paying for it with RP.
The Essence Emporium is a Blue Essence sale that occurs twice a year. The first Essence Emporium occurred at the start of Pre-Season Eight.
It contains the content usually only available for purchase with Riot Points, and gives the players an opportunity to get that same content for an in-game currency.
In 2022 Essence Emporium is coming with patch 12.12. The patch itself is going live on June 23, so we can expect the Essence Emporium sale to follow a few days later.

This year's Essence Emporium will contain:
- A special chroma for Final Boss Veigar that changes his VFX
- Snow Moon Illaoi has a chroma marked for LPP influencer giveaway so thats the next LPP Chroma
- More esport emotes.
The previous Essence Emporium, as well as those that came before lasted for two weeks straight, so we can expect this one to follow the same trend.
AS for the event itself, Mystery Chests in this sale are guaranteed to provide content players do not own, while the Urfwick and Urf the Manatee are distinct skins whose original owners will receive the 2017 Edition for free, as they are always offered to be bought for Blue Essence as part of the Essence Emporium.
So, you better hope you've stocked up on BE, as the Essence Emporium is drawing near.
