The tarot inspired Arcana skins are another step in that direction, one that brings familiar champions into new models, textures, VFX, SFX, and recall animations to the table as a Battle Pass reward.

New Patch, Xin Zhao Update Visions of the Fallen Skins
Battle Passes as in-game progressions have a specific route to rewards that are themed in a visual or character-driven aspect with each new season.
The new skins, Arcana Lulu and Arcana Jhin, continue the pass’s look into the tarot-inspired Arcana set of skins for League of Legends, which is part of the storytelling for the game, whether Riot Games is acknowledging it or not.
So, fans can continue to enjoy these character-driven skins while unraveling the overall story for the newer and older champions alike, as more of these new visuals are released as LoL update and patch upgrades, just as the new Xin Zhao Update and Visions of the Fallen Skins.
