Kingdom Hearts Orchestra concert in Los Angeles treated us to a new Kingdom Hearts III gameplay trailer. The trailer shows footage based on Disney's Hercules, the game's villains and Sora's new abilities.
During the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour concert in Los Angeles, Disney Interactive and Square Enix revealed a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III. The trailer features footage based on Disney's film Hercules. The animated hit will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year. Now, if that doesn't make you feel old, I have some more information coming later in the article that will definitely do so.

As you can see, the trailer shows Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy help "Hercules battle various forms of Heartless on Mount Olympus through gorgeous visuals and gameplay". Sora also has a new form that allows him to "perform special powerful solo and joint attacks on his enemies".
In addition to the new form, Sora will also be faced with a choice, all in the "effort to bring back an old friend."

The trailer also shows the game's villains and a potential maguffin in the form of a black box. "Black box?" Anyway, Hades, Maleficent and Pete reunite and talk about the black box for a bit before the action cuts back to Sora running around being awesome.
Kingdom Hearts III will launch for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and a new trailer for the game will be revealed on 15 July during the D23 Expo.

Ready to feel really old?
The first Kingdom Hearts was released back in March 2002 for PlayStation 2. Doesn't seem that long ago does it? Well the series celebrated its 15th anniversary in March 2017. And the kids born in the year 2000 are turning 18 next year.
