The way they did it, however, is pretty funny, as you'll soon see. Warhorse's PR Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, a.k.a. Sir Tobi, took to Twitter to clarify:
"As much as I would love a Kingdom Come: Deliverance version on Switch - unfortunately there is none planned at the moment. We are investigating who was so ambitious to think differently but as for now... meh meh meeeeh..... Sorry guys."
Peculiarly enough, some users pointed out that Warhorse should deny the rumour on their official channels for the sort of reason that really makes one wonder about the time we live in. Apparently, the fact that neither they nor Nintendo denied it thus far made many people believe it.
Now, don't get us wrong - we'd love to see Kingdom Come: Deliverance on, well, anything and everything. That said, porting it to Switch would've been quite a tall order, and anyone who's played the game can confirm this, especially PlayStation and Xbox One owners.
Unless Nintendo launch a juiced-up Switch, or Warhorse use some magic to port Kingdom Come: Deliverance as is, we'd say that the Minecraft remake is the closest they'll get to playing the popular RPG. Yes, Minecraft, check it out.
Until then, Nintendo owners will have to turn to PCs, Microsoft or Sony to have a taste of Henry's glorious adventures. We'd also like to point out that neither Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo denied the existence of aliens, which by the above logic means definitive proof they're here. Now if only they could magically port games to Switch.
