Rockstar Games announced that L.A. Noire will be added to the library of free games for GTA+ members on Thursday, May 2. In this game, players assume the role of LAPD detective Cole Phelps as he navigates a city rife with corruption, a thriving drug trade, and a high murder rate.

L.A. Noire is set in 1947 Los Angeles, a time known for high levels of corruption and violence. Players solve cases based on real crimes from that era as they seek the truth in a city where everyone seems to have something to hide. The game features groundbreaking facial animation technology that captures every subtlety of an actor's facial expressions, offering a unique blend of intense action and authentic detective work for an interactive gaming experience like no other.
