In a recent announcement, Genshin Impact disclosed the roster of four-star characters and weapons that would be available to acquire through the Chronicled Wish banner on the 4.5 update scheduled for release on March 13, 2024.
The gacha-based role-playing game will update its content with a new library of units, events, and weapons, as was disclosed on a livestream last week. In addition, it will introduce story missions to further the Penacony narrative.
HoYoverse had a special event for Version 4.5 earlier this month, unveiling what the game will offer to its players in the upcoming version. For a brief period of time, repeat banners for Kazuha, Itto, and Neuvillette, in addition to Chiori, will be up for grabs. There will be two new weapons, one of which can be used by Chiori, the newest Geo-based unit, as confirmed by the creators.

- Amber
- Barbara
- Bennett
- Diona
- Fischl
- Kaeya
- Lisa
- Mika
- Noelle
- Rosaria
- Sucrose
Here are all the 5-Star characters in Version 4.5 Phase 1 of Genshin Impact:
- Chiori: Geo sword user
- Itto: Geo claymore user
- Yun Jin: Geo polearm user
- Gorou: Geo bow user
- Dori: Electro claymore user
21 4-star weapons, such as Lion's Roar, Sacrifical Greatsword, Mitternachtz Waltz, and Eye of Perception, will be available under the Chronicled Wish banner. Note that the items on Genshin Impact's most recent banner are subject to change on a regular basis.
In addition to the Chronicled Wish banner, Genshin Impact will introduce a story quest called Cisoria Chapter in update 4.5, which players can access upon achieving Adventure Rank 40. Lynette will have a hangout session where there will supposedly be plot information and abundant incentives.
For the duration of Genshin Impact version 4.5, some TCG Invocation TCG cards will be accessible, such as Golden Troupe's Reward and Fortress of Meropide. 300 primogems will be awarded to players as payment when server maintenance is finished.
