League of Legends Patch 14.5 brought a substantial list of changes, primarily focused on nerfing some of the most dominant champions in the current meta, including Twisted Fate, Senna, and Seraphine.
These adjustments have been welcomed by many players, bringing hopes for a refreshing shift in the stagnant meta. While there have been some minor tweaks to itemization, Patch 14.6 is set to introduce further changes to item recipes and components, potentially impacting the early-to-mid-game transition according to Riot Games.
These adjustments, outlined by game designer Spideraxe, have been discussed below, though it's worth noting that they may undergo further revisions before the actual release.
League of Legends PATCH 14.6 Release Date
As per the official patch schedule, Patch 14.6 is scheduled for release on Wednesday, March 20th, marking the sixth update out of the 24 planned for the year.
All Patch 14.6 Changes March 7, 2024
Even though no champion changes have been revealed yet, so far we only know about the item changes.

Even though these numbers seem small, they will have a huge impact on the game. For instance, if an item's AD goes from 25 to 20, even though on paper its a small difference of 5, in reality its a 20% damage reduction!
So for now we can expect to see champions that abuse these items to not be so dominating and be much more manageable.
