Considering that Baal is the Electro Archon, it's pretty much confirmed that she will have an Electro Vision.
When is Baal getting released?
There is no official confirmation, but Baal is expected to be released on update 2.1 which should arrive around August 22.
What is Baal's weapon type?
According to numerous leaks, Baal should be a bow user which would fit in the theme that every Archon uses a different weapon (Zhongli-polearm, Venti -bow). This could still be changed considering that characters like Albedo (sword) were rumoured to be bow users.
Is Baal a five-star or a four-star character?
Baal will certainly be a five-star character considering that she the Electro Archon of the Inazuma region.
