Character banner re-runs have recently become pretty common in the world of Genshin Impact. A recent leak of 1.5 update revealed the upcoming Housing System as well as a potential Zhongli banner re-run.
A release of a new character is probably one of the most anticipated events a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to. But sadly, once a new five-star character arrives, his banner stays in the game for 10-15 days, and if you miss your chance of pulling, it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to acquire him/her anytime soon.
However, with the recent announcement of both Venti and Tartaglia, miHoYo made a strong statement that they will make some changes by introducing rate-up banners that will allow us to pull for already obtainable characters. Multiple leaks revealed from many Genshin Impact leakers revealed a couple of interesting details about update 1.5.
A recent tweet from a credible Genshin Impact leaker hinted on a Zhongli re-run, amongst many other things that we can expect in the following update
Zhongli didn't receive much love when he was initially released a couple of months due to the lack of damage and shield power he provided. Luckily enough, miHoYo decided to give him some buffs at the start of update 1.3 because he's the Geo Archon after all. He quickly went from "being useless" to becoming one of the strongest characters in a game and a must-have for any late-game team composition.
The new Housing feature will also be a part of the upcoming update and it will apparently be much bigger than many players were expecting. Players will be able to design both the interior and the exterior of their buildings, as well as choose their own pets
