Developed by TinyCo, Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow is now available for Android and iOS. The game is free to play, but contains everybody's favourite - microtransactions. Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow features dialogue written by the show's creator, Matt Groening, along with series' head writer and executive producer David X. Cohen.
Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Bill Nye, Stephen Hawking, and George Takei have all lent their voices in order to promote the game. In addition to them, the original cast is back to give their voices to Fry, Leela, Bender, Hermes, Amy and Mom.
Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow will see the players build up their Planet Express HQ, customise their characters, engage in combat, and make a couple of tough choices.
As for those microtransactions I was telling you about earlier, well they range from around £1.49 (for a Personal Pizza) all the way up to £79.99 per item. Per. Item.
Futurama has made an appearance as a mobile game before. A couple of years ago, German mobile developer Wooga joined forces with designer Dave Grossman to make Futurama: Game of Drones.

The game lets you build a new New New York and equip different outfits to each of your characters. It is a mix of city building, object collection, and quest completion.
