Niantic have revealed details for the fourth Pokemon GO Community Day. The event will happen on Sunday, 15 April 2018. Community Day will start at 11 AM Pacific Time / 2 PM EST for North America but it is still unknown for other zones.
While the third Pokemon GO Community Day was held just a few days ago, on Sunday 25 March 2018, Niantic have already revealed most of the info for the next one. On top of the date and time reveals, it is also confirmed that the next event's Pokemon will be Mareep the Electric-type sheep.
Niantic haven't yet confirmed the special attack that will be featured in the next event nor the means of attaining it but based on the previous two Community Days, it is safe to say you will need to capture and fully evolve Mareep to its final form - Ampharos in order to get the special move. Not that this evolution journey needs to be completed before the event ends if the skill is to be acquired.

The time frame of the event is the usual three hours, and the event will be held at different times, based on players' location. Lure Modules will last for three hours once again and Eggs will require you to walk only 25 per cent of the normal distance, which is likely an alteration made for Easter celebration.
Speaking of which, Pokemon GO already has another event with the Easter theme that is already underway. It is called Eggstravaganza and it will run until until until 2 April 2018. Pokemon that normally hatch from 5 km or 10 km Eggs can be found in 2 km Eggs during Eggstravaganza. Saves up on walking.

Legendary Pokemon Lugia will also disappear from Raid Battles on 2 April. Players who haven't captured it yet may want to do so, as this time around Lugia came with an upgraded version of Sky Attack move. Players who defeat it will also find it's easier to capture than it was during its appearance in 2017.
