Epic Games have begun to tease The End event for Fortnite's Season 10. According to a counter at Dusty Depot, the event will start on 13 October 2019, 2:00 PM EST.
Epic Games delayed the end of Fortnite's Season 10 recently but despite that, the season finale is rapidly approaching. The devs have started to tease the huge event which will signal the end of the Season X and lead into the next season of content.
Traditionally, each Fortnite season introduces a ton of fresh content and map changes so it's expected that Season 11 also brings similar makeover and additions. So when exactly is the new season starting you may ask. Well, according to the latest teases in Fortnite, the end event for Season X is just around the corner.
Players have spotted clues all over the map, countdowns are appearing in various locations and at Dusty Depot, confirming that the event signalling the end of Season X will be taking place on Sunday, 13 October 2019 at 2:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM CET.
That's less than a week before Epic Games officially introduce the new season, so enjoy some of the Season X locations on the map as they will probably be gone forever in just a few days. Of course, there is nothing official on the new season. We don't know what exactly Epic Games have in plans but some earlier rumours suggested that an entirely new map will be added in Season 11.
According to recent info, which was data-mined from the game's files, a disastrous event could strike Fortnite's island, leading to players being sucked into the Zero Point. Whether this is indeed the case it remains to be seen, but it wouldn't surprise us if Fortnite finally added a new map, since competitors (Apex Legends, PUBG) already offer more than one map for their players.
Of course, these are just leaks and rumours so take it with a grain of salt just like any other unconfirmed info. That being said, data miners' info is often spot on, so it's possible that we get a brand new map pretty soon.
