Riot Games offered a preview of great things to come with Teamfight Tactics Set 8 and here is a quick look at the arenas.

Teamfight Tactics ' next set will be themed after the popular Kaiju movies where mechs hop in to protect humanity and the narrative will be sprinkled with various flavours that complement both sides.

One of these flavours involves the creation of colourful arenas that tell the tale Riot Games imagined for the new set, all inspired by League of Legends champions and skins.

For example, the Day arena showcases a giant footprint, with a billboard that points to Cho'Gath being the creature that left it behind.

The same stage is used for Dusk and Night arenas, with the effects of Rammus' high-speed spinning collision visible on the first and an imprint of Vel'Koz's tentacles on the second.

Meanwhile, Command Bridge arena is all about high-tech measures against the giant monsters and it's inhabited by Poro Rangers who are eager to pilot a mech in defence of all living beings. Other than the giant monsters, that is.

Last, but by no means the least is the two-part arena that is themed after Star Guardians. The first part is inside a Classroom that one could easily imagine with the Star Guardian theme being inspired by high school characters from anime.

Transcending into the Cosmic Space goes well with the team but it might be unexpected by the players, who will likely forget about everything for a moment as they get mesmerised by the beautiful design of the stage.
