EA have released another update for FIFA 21. The Title Update 8 is available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and will arrive shortly to next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

FIFA 21 players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be happy to hear that eight Title Update is now live on these platforms. Those who play on next-gen consoles Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 are due to receive Title Update 7 so it may take a while before the eight update arrives to these consoles.

Anyway, Title Update 8 brings several changes including the one where players will now see their own equipped match ball online, rather than their opponents'. This has been requested by the FIFA community lately so players will certainly be happy to see this being finally implemented.

Additionally, there are some other welcomed changes in Title Update 8 including adjustments to the Team Press D-Pad tactic, defender positioning, Stepover and Reverse Step Over skill moves, referee logic and more.

Last but not least, there's a major visual update in the patch, bringing 34 new Starheads and 29 existing Starheads updated, which will be activated at a later date through a Server Release, according to EA.

All in all, it's a pretty neat update and hopefully, there's more to come in the upcoming weeks and months in terms of changes and visual updates but also content updates.

FIFA 21 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You can check the full patch notes for Title Update 8 here.
