An hour ago, Battlestate Games released patch notes for tomorrow's upcoming update. Here is the overview of what is coming.
On this month's podcast , Nikita, the C.E.O. of the Battlestate Games showed the fans a glimpse of upcoming features to be introduced in the next update, and that update is coming tomorrow.
The most notable update is the long-expected DLSS, as well as the introduction of the auxiliary tools, repair kits, and some work done on the game's optimization.
DLSS
Nvidia DLSS 2.3.1 will be added to the game tomorrow. The function of DLSS is to increase frame rate during high GPU usage.
For people running high-end achieving high frame rate, there will be little to no change as DLSS itself will not increase the frame rate.
But for the players struggling with the performance (below 60 FPS), the DLSS will step in and provide an optimal performance boost. That is of course the problem with the low FPS is with the graphics cards usage. DLSS will only affect usage above 97%. If your GPU's usage doesn’t reach that number, you can increase it by selecting higher graphics settings, and then enabling DLSS.
It is worth mentioning that DLSS will only work with RTX Nvidia graphics cards.
Battlestate Games recommends using DLSS at the highest resolutions, with monitors with 2560x1440 resolution and higher.

Along with the DLSS, the auxiliary tools and repair kits are the two main additions to the game.
Auxiliary tools such as screwdrivers, and drills, which are used for crafting will no longer disappear after one usage but will return back to the stash after production completion. After tomorrow, their spawn rate will be reduced, and their price should rise on the market.
Weapon and armor repair kits have been added as well. They can be found in the raid, but can only be used while not in a raid. Repair kits' effectiveness will depend on the Weapon Maintenance and Intelligence skills.
Other changes include some work done with the optimization, adding the two revolvers, some ammo types, and general glitches mostly with bot behavior and sound.

Battlestate Games
The patch will be installed tomorrow at 10:00 Moscow time. It will take around two hours and the game will not be playable during the installation. The full list of patch notes can be found here .
