From Software is sprinting towards another great release it seems as Elden Ring is already finding success even before the game launched.

Elden Ring is eagerly anticipated by the fans of From Software's work who only grew in numbers over the past decades due to the company releasing a series of games that no other developer could replicate to the same extent of success. As such, the game already has a huge chance for success and the stats from Steam are suggesting this will indeed happen, come February 25, 2022.

Namely, Dying Light 2 has previously held the title of being the most wishlisted game on Steam and Elden Ring managed to pass it , less than a month before release. That said, February 2022 is filled to the brim with heavy hitters in the world of gaming, with Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, Lost Ark, Horizon Forbidden West and Total War: Warhammer III launching mere weeks away from each other.

On the topic of the most wishlisted games on Steam though, the top two are followed by a less known game that captured the hearts of those who gave the open demo sessions a shot. Party Animals seems to be the next big thing to enjoy as a group and seems rather similar to the Fall Guys, except it's not a race to winning a battle royale.

Techland Dying Light still looks great Quite a few people are looking forward to parkour and zombies too

The top 10 most wishlisted games on Steam, as of January 10, 2022, are:

  1. Elden Ring
  2. Dying Light 2
  3. Party Animals
  4. God of War
  5. Hollow Knight: Silksong
