Behaviour has enriched Dead by Daylight's roster with chapters that are sure to bring in fans from different horror genres, from SAW and Texas Chainsaw Massacre to Stranger Things and Silent Hill.
The next chapter has been long anticipated by fans and as usual, it will introduce a new killer, a new survivor and a new map that will fit the killer's theme.
The killer in question is Alien or otherwise known as the Xenomorph. He will be bundled with a licensed survivor and main protagonist of the movie, Ellen Ripley.
The map that will echo the theme of Alien will be inspired by the Nostromo ship that could be spotted in the very first Alien movie.
According to Leaks by Daylight, a source that has so far proven to have accurately leaked unreleased game content, the DLC should go live on the PTB on August 8 and then become available for purchase on August 29 at the price of $6.99.
Dead by Daylight is not the first game to receive the Alien cameo as Fortnite has received one back in 2021 where players could buy Alien character and gun skins along with 2 emotes to go with the skins.
Aside from Fortnite, Alien has also made its way into the world of games through a survival horror game called Alien: Isolation which was released back in 2014.
