CD Projekt Red recently uploaded a video showcasing the talent behind the Cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack. The developer revealed just some of the artists who will be contributing to the upcoming game.

The latest behind-the-scenes video focused on the artists. Another video granted us a preview of the music with Grimes' performance of her song 4ÆM on the stage of The Game Awards 2019. The performance was accompanied by a beautiful music video inspired by the world of Cyberpunk 2077.

The following artists and musicians have recorded music for Cyberpunk 2077:

  • Run the Jewels
  • Refused, Grimes
  • A$AP Rocky
  • Gazelle Twin
  • Ilan Rubin
  • Richard Devine
  • Nina Kraviz
  • Deadly Hunta
  • Rat Boy
  • Tina Guo

This list is not complete but it does give us a general idea of what our adventures through the Night City will sound like and it seems like the music this talented lot has come up with will complement the game flawlessly.

As part of her collaboration with CD Projekt Red, Claire Elise Boucher aka Grimes will, in addition to recording the tracks also lend her voice to an in-game character "Lizzy Wizzy" - a hugely popular pop star in the Cyberpunk universe.

Cyberpunk 2077 will launch for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on 16 April 2020. The game is also set to launch for Google Stadia and that will occur sometime during 2020 as well.

In other Cyberpunk 2077 news, the game could be headed to Xbox Game Pass . Earlier this week, Xbox South Africa's Twitter profile posted a Game Pass ad/video showcasing a number of released as well as some upcoming AAA titles, and Cyberpunk 2077 was on the (since deleted) list.
