The Medium developer Bloober Team are teaming up with Rogue Games to work on a brand new next-gen game for consoles and PC.
Rogue Games and Bloober Team are teaming up to create a brand new game, the studios announced in a joint press release. The partnership will result in a next-gen game for both consoles and PC.
Bloober Team, who primarily focus on horror games, brought us The Medium, Blair Witch and Layers of Fear and will once again "push the boundaries of originality and immersion" for their next title with Rogue Games.
At the moment, there are no details about what kind of game the two developers will be working on but both are delighted to be working together on this ambitious title.
"We’ve admired Bloober’s dark and gorgeous games for years, so we knew right away they were the only team to do this crazy cool concept justice," said Rogue Games CEO Matt Casamassina.
"Today’s not the day—unforgettable, original, kickass games take time and care to make—but we can’t wait to fully announce details on this project at a later date."
In case you are not familiar with this LA-based studio, Rogue Games have a massive portfolio of games, spanning across console, PC and mobile platforms. Some of the times include Arcanium, Monomals, Super Impossible Road, Sprawl, and Swordcar.
All in all, it's an interesting partnership, to say the least. Sadly, there's no details about the game but hopefully, it's one that's worth waiting for.
