Reddit user ambiotic posted a thread titled "Bethesda needs to talk to us today" in the Fallout 76 subreddit. It is also known as the place where the most devoted fans of the game and the developer can be found. This is also probably the only place on the internet where you will see positive things about Fallout 76, which even caused other communities to shun this one due to apparent blind faith they have in Bethesda.
It seems like the Fallout 76 subreddit folks have had enough though, since ambiotic's received over 12 thousand upvotes at the time of writing, which caused it to pop up at the top of the subreddit. Keeping in mind the name of the topic, as well as its visibility, Bethesda didn't have much choice but to break radio silence and finally to player concerns, about 12 hours after the thread was created.
The response was a sight to behold, not because it stated the company would fix the broken mess they released, but rather because they couldn't even be bothered to make a proper reply - it was a copy-pasted automatic message that Bethesda's PR has been .
Fans saw through the sheer laziness of the reply and started downvoting the bot-like response, and it was standing at -4.404 points at the time of writing. Taking a quick glance at the company's Reddit profile showed that the other copy-pasted posts also had negative scores, although none quite as severe as the copy from ambiotic's thread.
This made the post one of the most hated replies in Reddit's history, but so far it hasn't managed to reach the , with EA still being light years ahead of everyone with the "Pride and Accomplishment" comment that even Ubisoft made fun of.
It still managed to attract at least some attention from Bethesda though, since the company just recently issued a with a small roadmap of things to come in near future.
