Age of Wonders: Planetfall has a new update. The Tyrannosaurus update is free to all players and will bring some fun new features as well as mark the return of some older ones. Tyrannosaurus is the most expansive update to be added to the game yet.
Age of Wonders: Planetfall, the turn-based strategy game from the talented people over at Paradox Interactive and Triumph Studios, has a huge new update. The "Tyrannosaurus-sized" extension to the game brings an equally large number of fresh features.
Guys from Triumph Studios developed the new batch of content - the Tyrannosaurus Update - to be the most expansive gameplay update Age of Wonders: Planetfall has seen since its launch in August 2019.
The new update will add more range for difficulty settings and the players can now utilise and adjust multiple sliders to change how the game responds to them, in case they are up for a casual turn or two instead of a more intense experience.
In addition to the new manoeuvrable sliders, the brand-new Exploration Sites will offer yet another layer of strategic gameplay in and around the mid-game point. The new Sites will offer awards in the form of unit buffs and economic bonuses.
The 'No Colonizer Mode' has returned with the latest update. The mode lives up to its name by giving the players the ability to block colonizers from doing what they do best - creating new colonies. This will make the battles more military-focused and yield smaller scale empires.
