Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have given Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival a release date. The survival-horror action game arrives on 8 October 2026 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a new trailer out now.
In case you're not familiar with the game, Revival is not a retelling of the films but an original story set in the same world. You descend into the underworld to rescue someone you love from the Cenobites, working through a shifting Labyrinth and fighting Hell's ranks along the way. The Genesis Configuration puzzle box is your main tool, with powers including pyrokinesis, telekinesis and the series' signature Hell Chains used for both combat and solving puzzles.
The big draw for longtime fans is Doug Bradley reprising Pinhead, the role he originated across the early films. Having the definitive screen Pinhead back gives the project some genuine horror credibility, and it is exactly the sort of casting that lands with the people most likely to buy this. For reference on tone, it is rated Mature for intense violence, gore, nudity and strong sexual content, so it is squarely aimed at adults.
Editions, pricing and pre-order bonuses
There are two main editions. The Standard Edition is £34.99 (€39.99), with a Deluxe Edition at £41.99 (€49.99) whose full contents will be detailed closer to launch. Digital and physical pre-orders are not live yet but are said to be coming soon.
Pre-ordering any edition unlocks two cosmetics at release, the Labyrinth pistol skin and the Martyr sawblade skin. Two Collector's Editions with licensed physical collectibles are also available through Boss Team Games' site, bundling in the Deluxe and pre-order content.
