BioWare's GM Aaryn Flynn leaves the company after 17 years

BioWare is shuffling around some key staff members following Andromeda and leading up to Anthem. General Manager Aaryn Flynn will be replaced by former BioWare employee Casey Hudson, 17 years after the Flynn had joined the company.

After working his way up for 17 years, all the way to general manager, Aaryn Flynn will soon be leaving BioWare. Flynn has summed up his time with BioWare in his and also clarified on some of the circumstances of his departure.

"I have been contemplating changes in my own life for some time, but when I heard that Casey had confirmed he was up for the task, I realized the opportunities before us. I will be working with him over the next couple of weeks to help catch him up and do my part to set him up for success to be the best GM he can be", was explained Flynn's official farewell.

Aaryn Flynn's place in BioWare will be filled by Casey Hudson, who spent the last few years over at Microsoft. Hudson has previously performed key roles in the development of Knights of the Old Republic and the Mass Effect trilogy, along with other BioWare titles, before his departure from the company in 2014.
