Jeff Grubb of GamesBeat and Jez Corden of Windows Central are seemingly teasing the reveal of a brand new Dead Space game. The new title is reportedly in the works by EA Motive studio.

Aa a big big fan of the Dead Space franchise (not you Dead Space 3), I'm really hoping this rumour is legit. Dead Space series has been in limbo for many years as EA doesn't seem to care about it for some reason but fans of this sci-fi horror have always been vocal about it, letting EA know they want another Dead Space game.

And according to the rumours, a brand new Dead Space game could be in the works by EA Motive, the team behind Star Wars: Squadrons. Jeff Grubb of GamesBeat has teased the reveal at the upcoming EA Play. stating that "We're going to see it... if we're not dead first."

Additionally, WindowsCentral's Jez Corden, another reliable industry insider has teased the game with emojis on his Twitter.

These certainly suggest that a potential reveal could be coming very soon. EA Play, which is scheduled for next month seems to be the perfect opportunity for such a reveal but we shall see. Until officially confirmed, take these teases with a grain of salt, just like any other rumour or leak.

It's worth mentioning that the creators of Dead Space are now working on their own sci-fi horror game named Calisto Protocol. This one should be coming sometime later this year and who knows, it may turn out to be a better Dead Space game than EA Motive's Dead Space game.
