Heavy Rain and Detroit: Become Human developer Quantic Dream are looking to release their new games on multiple platforms including PC and Xbox One. Founder David Cage said that the studio is not exclusive to any platform anymore.

Epic Games have reduced the spawn rates of BRUTE mechs in Fortnite after negative reception from players over the last week. Epic said these changes affect both Arena and Tournament playlists but unfortunately not the casual, normal modes.

Beenox's Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has managed to retake the top spot on the UK physical sales chart for the week ending on 10 August 2019. Nintendo's Super Mario Maker 2 dropped to second while Mario Kart 8: Deluxe is in third.

According to Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, the company wants to go big with the next Splinter Cell and will only reveal it at the right moment. Guillemot said that the devs are under a lot of pressure from all the Splinter Cell fans.

Gears 5 developers The Coalition have detailed the game's map builder in the latest video. The map builder feature will allow players to create their own corners and corridors for the brand new, 3-player co-op mode named The Escape.

To compensate for the lack of season pass, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will introduce more post-launch content than any Call of Duty game in the history of the franchise. This has been confirmed by Activision's COO Coddy Johnson.

FromSoftware's latest title Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has sold 3.8 million copies according to media company Kadokawa, which revealed the first-quarter earnings report. Also, Sekiro managed to sell 2.37 million copies in its first ten days.

Gears 5 has gone gold, meaning that The Coalition officially wrapped up the development of the game. To celebrate the occasion, the devs confirmed that Gears 5 campaign and Horde mode will be shown off prior to Gamescom on 19 August 2019.

In a recent interview, Infinity Ward's art director Joel Emslie revealed many Call of Duty: Modern Warfare details, including the one about battle royale. Emslie said that players will have to wait and see if the mode is in the game.
