Ubisoft's motocross platformer Trials Rising is set to introduce another paid expansion. Named Crash and Sunburn, the DLC adds 37 new tracks across Africa, Australia, Antartica and South America along with two brand new bike designs.

During Gamescom 2019, Ubisoft have announced a second expansion for their motocross platformer Trials Rising. The DLC is dubbed Crash and Sunburn and its set to introduce a fresh batch of content for those who own the Season Pass. The publisher announced the expansion with a new trailer, which showcases everything that players will get once the DLC arrives to Trials Rising.

Crash and Sunburn will add 37 new tracks, from the rainforests of the Amazon to the icy slopes of Antarctica. There's also a new Jungle Explorer outfit and two new bikes that will change the way you ride. The new Turtle bike has a roll bar to help you when you take a tumble, and the Alpaca bike "uses the front-wheel drive in lieu of the series-staple rear-wheel-drive to really shake things up".

As for the release date, Trials Rising Crash and Sunburn will officially drop on 10 September 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch. The expansion will also be available on Ubisoft's subscription service Uplay+. Additionally, you can purchase it separately or get the full Expansion Pass that will introduce more content in the near future. You can take a look at the new outfits, bikes and maps in the trailer above.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Ubisoft's motocross platformer, it's the fourth major instalment in the series and a sequel to 2014's Trials Fusion. It released earlier this year on all major platforms and it's also set to launch on Google's cloud gaming platform Stadia.
