If there are some things MMO players love more than incredible mounts, that would be free mounts. With the Terpeion Mount, we have the best of both worlds.
As a reward for the success of the game, developers are awarding all players with a free Mount of their choice, and all you have to do is redeem it. Here is how:
- Click on the top-right corner of your screen,
- Click the Claim button, and claim the item,
- Open your Inventory,
- Open the Celebration Pack.
In the Pack, you will find items such as healing battle chests, offensive battle chests, Legendary Rapport selection chests. Out of them all, however, the most important find will be the choice between the Terpeion of Terpeion of the Shadow Mounts, or "Terpion" as they are known in the community.

There is, virtually, no difference between the mounts. All mounts in the game have a capped movement speed, with only some of them having longer dashing abilities. What is different, however, is the color scheme of the mounts, as you can assume, with Terpeion being the light version of the mount, and Terpeion of the Shadow being the dark one.
We would say that our choice depends on the class you're playing, but Mounts in Lost Ark are not character bound and can be used on all characters of one account. Still, it's a good conundrum to have, having to choose between two well-designed, free Mounts.
