Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter has tweeted some information on the upcoming patch 10.9 and it seems like there won't any big changes to the AD carry role. After our top and mid lane lists, it is now time for the best ADC lineup that was put together according to the changes introduced with the new patch.
S tier:
- Miss Fortune
Since the new patch doesn't include any big changes related to the ADC role, Miss Fortune will probably remain the best AD carry you can play in the bot lane.
A tier:
- Xayah
- Caitlyn
- Ezreal
- Vayne
- Kai'Sa
- Lucian
- Draven
- Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw's win rate has been on the rise lately as he seems to be a very good pick against the best champions of the current meta. Paired with enchanter supports, he has the ability to almost singlehandedly win late-game team fights.
B tier:
- Varus
- Tristana
- Senna
- Twitch
- Jinx
- Ashe
With scaling team compositions slowly becoming meta again, it's no wonder that champions like Twitch are leading the ADC win rate charts.
Even though he has a somewhat weak early game compared to some other high mobility champions like Lucian, his late-game carry potential can hardly be matched by anyone.
C tier:
- Aphelios
- Corki
- Jhin
- Kalista
- Sivir
It should be noted that there are also a couple of AP carry champions you can play in the bot lane like Cassiopeia or Ziggs who can be very strong in some specific match-ups.
