A Riot Games' employee announced the new changes for the 10.17 patch and even though we could see some meta shifts for the AD carry position, Caitlyn and Ashe will probably remain the top picks for this role.
Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has released the changes we will see in patch 10.17. There are some significant adjustments for the bot lane which could change the current meta. That's why we've prepared a list of champions you should play in the AD carry position.
S tier:
- Ashe
- Caitlyn
Even though Ashe got a small nerf to her Q in the last patch, she will still remain in the S tier for this role. The recent base attack damage buff to Caitlyn made her the best AD carry in the game, at least according to the high elo win percentages. Riot decided give her a small movement speed nerf which shouldn't impact her presence in in this role.

Kai'Sa and Xayah will get a small AD per level buff which will slightly improve their place in the current meta. Kai'Sa will get an additional attack speed buff to her Supercharge (E) at max rank which will surely further on improve the good scaling she already has.

Thanks to the repeated nerfs, Varus managed to take Lucian's spot as the worst AD carry in the game, at least according to the win percentage charts. However, he will see some small buffs to his attack speed growth but the change wont be significant enough to put him back in the meta.
