Patch 10.11 will include some very interesting changes which could affect the current top lane meta. The buffs to the marksmen position could cause a number of different AD carries to emerge in the top lane.
Mark Yetter, Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, has released the intended changes we will most likely see in patch 10.11. Even though the patch won't bring any direct changes to the traditional top lane champions, we could still see some shifts in the meta as some new AD carries conquer the role.

The balance team seems to be satisfied with Wukong's current place in the meta since no further nerfs were announced for the new patch which means he will remain in the S tier.

Vayne not getting the HP buffs will be compensated by some extra damage to her Tumble (Q). This, combined with all the Zeal item changes could make her become the number one counter-pick against most of the melee champions.

If you're looking for a safe tank as you got auto-filled into the top lane position, Sion and Maokai are by far the safest and strongest choices since they have a very simple playstyle. Blade of the Ruined King will still be the go-to item for most of the bruisers since its passive damage won't see any changes.
