How to upgrade armour
Before you even ask, yes, the same person who upgrades and buffs your swords will later do the same with the armour, but first, you must do something for her in return. Hannah's shop is in danger, and at some point during the story, she will ask you to help her legally win the case against closing her shop and services.
In order to do it, you'll have to get three signatures from three popular slayers. Any three signatures will do, and do not worry; this task isn't time-limited, and whenever you get those signatures, just return to Hannah, spend the evening with her, and she will unlock the new option in her shop for upgrading and buffing your armour.
Some slayers won't give the signature until you do something for them, but do not fret; do whatever they require of you, and once you have all three signatures, you can finish this side quest.
