The week 5 trials in ARC Raiders are live now, and here's a comprehensive guide on how to get 3 stars in all challenges in this week's trials.

ARC Raiders is a newly released extraction shooter from Embark Studios. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.

As you progress through the levels in ARC Raiders, you slowly unlock features like the Trials, which are in-game point-based weekly challenges that are refreshed every week. By earning three stars and points in these challenges, you can climb through the ranks to earn exclusive rewards.

Each week Embark adds a new set of challenges for players to complete and climb up their leaderboards. The week 5 trials are live now, and here's a comprehensive guide on how to earn 3 stars in this week's trials.

What are Trials in ARC Raiders?

Trials is the unofficial rank system in ARC Raiders, which is unlocked at player level 15. Once unlocked, players have to earn points by completing challenges every week and climb up the leaderboards. By earning stars, players can earn exclusive rewards.

The challenges are usually divided into three stages, which are marked by stars. By earning points you can get stars, and each challenge has a limit of 3 stars. For each star, players get a reward, with a total of three rewards for completing a challenge.

By earning points you can earn a position in the leaderboard of 100 players in the same rank. Getting into the top 20 of the leaderboard will earn you a 2x promotion to the next ranks. With 1x promotion allocated for the next 30 positions. The bottom 20 players of the leaderboard are demoted to the previous rank.

How to Get 3 Stars in Week 5 Trials in ARC Raiders

Like every week, this week's trials have five challenges players must complete to climb up the leaderboard. These challenges are quite easy, but you have to follow some simple strategies to effectively finish them without wasting your important resources. Here's an in-depth guide on how to get 3 stars in Week 5 trials in ARC Raiders:

Damage Rocketeers

Week 5's first challenge might seem overwhelming and challenging for most players, as Rocketeers are infamous for killing you in an instant. There's an easy strategy for taking down Rocketeers in the blink of an eye with a few wolfpack grenades and any weapon that uses heavy ammo, particularly an Anvil.

To complete this challenge in one go in solos or trios, jump into Dam Battlegrounds during an Electromagnetic Storm or Night Raid map condition, as three Rocketeers spawn in the map. First head to the extraction point near the Power Generation Complex, and you'll find your first Rocketeer guarding it. Take the Rocketeer down with the wolfpack grenade and Anvil from cover.

After taking down the first Rocketeer, head to the broken portion of the game just south of the Hydrophonic Dome Complex, and you'll find the second Rocketeer making rounds. Take out the second Rocketeer and you'll easily get 3 stars in the Damage Rocketeers challenge.

Download Data During Hidden Bunker

The second challenge for this week's trials is to download data during the hidden bunker event. To complete this event, you must first open the hidden bunker by matching the antennas, then head into the bunker to download data from eight terminals. Try doing this challenge in solos, as the event in duos and trios is a guaranteed shoot-at-sight fest.

Search First Wave Husks

First wave husks are usually found in all maps in ARC Raiders; however, there's an abundance of these husks in Dam Battlegrounds and the Spaceport.

The first map for finding first-wave husks is Dam Battlegrounds. There's an abundance of first-wave husks near the Red Lake and Old Battleground POIs of the map. Here are the locations of the husks in Dam Battlegrounds:

The second-best map for finding first-wave husks is the Spaceport. In Spaceport, you'll find Baron Husks and other first-wave husks near the outskirts of the map. Here are the locations of the husks in Spaceport:

Aside from these two maps, you can also find first-wave husks in the Broken Earth POI of Blue Gate. There's a Baron Husk in that location, which is accompanied by other smaller husks like Rocketeer and Wasp husks. Usually, with the Husk Graveyard map modifier, an increased number of first-wave husks spawn all around the map, which can make your search for first-wave husks easier.

Damage Snitches

One of the easiest challenges of this week: you can damage snitches by jumping into any night raid and electromagnetic storm maps. Once you spot a snitch, take it out and you'll get points for damaging it. You'll need to take out around 5-6 snitches for getting 3 stars in this challenge. Try using an Anvil or Ferro to quickly shoot off the flaps of the snitch and limit its flying ability.

Damage Ground-Based ARC Enemies

The last challenge in this week's trials might be more expensive than its difficulty. You'll need to take out enemies like the Bastion, Bombardier, and Leaper to get 3 stars in this challenge. Simply load into the Blue Gate map and head to the entry point of the warehouse complex, which is near the Checkpoint POI.

You'll find a Bastion there. After taking it out, head to the broken church near the village to take out the Bombardier. The fastest ways of taking down these ground-based ARCs are using Wolfpack grenades or the Hullcracker launcher. Try doing it in the Night Raid or Electromagnetic Storm variant of the map to gain 2x points in quick succession.

Getting 3 stars with decent points in trials will guarantee you a spot in the top 20 of the leaderboard. Remaining in the top 20 will also allow you to jump 2 ranks once the trials are refreshed for next week.
