World War Z: Aftermath version has a new trailer, fresh screenshots and a bunch of other revealed details. This expanded version of the original title hits the shelves on September 21, 2021.
Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have revealed an all-new trailer for World War Z: Aftermath, the next evolution of the co-op zombie shooter inspired by Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster film.
The trailer gives us closer at the new content which includes two new locations - Rome and Kamchatka - new Vanguard class, first-person mode and 4K 60 FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles. Check out the trailer below:
World War Z: Aftermath will be launching on September 21, 2021, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam, with backwards compatibility on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
The pre-orders are now live for $19.99 for existing owners while the regular price is $39.99. There's also a Deluxe Edition that features two bonus melee weapons, the Sledgehammer and Dual Cleavers, as well as the ornate weapon skins in the Explorer Weapon Skins Pack, and is available for $49.99.
Pre-orders also include two-day early access to the full game starting on September 19.
It's also revealed that the true next-generation edition of World War Z: Aftermath will officially launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2022 with a free upgrade and additional enhancements, including the new Horde Mode XL.
