Ubisoft have shared some details on the expansion pass and free post-launch content for their motorcycle platformer. The expansion pass will introduce new bikes, outfits and 55 new tracks spreading across the US and Southern Hemisphere.

Ubisoft's motorcycle platformer is gearing up towards the release date which is just a couple of weeks away, which is why the publisher decided to show off their plans for Trials Rising's free post-launch content as well as the paid expansion pass.

The plan is to release four seasons with the first starting on launch and continuing into 2020. During that period Ubisoft will also release two expansions - Sixty Six and Crash and Sunburn. These will introduce more than 55 tracks, new customisation items and stickers.

The first one will take place on Route 66 bringing new tracks and contracts along with American football-related items such as football helmet, shirt, pants and cleats so players can cross the finish line in a sporty fashion.

In Crash and Sunburn, players will get to ride from jungle-themed Peru to the icy region of Antarctica. The expansion will also include two new bikes that introduce new gameplay possibilities, challenges and an explorer-themed outfit.

Along with these expansions, there will be two bonus packs with some additional content. The first one is called Stuntman Rider Pack and it will give players the chance to "defy the laws of gravity and fly through rings of fire". This pack will also include Stuntman costume and "engraved" retro bike.

Samurai is the name of the second bonus pack and like Stuntman, it will also include gear item and a new bike.

Outside of the Expansion Pass, Ubisoft are planning to release seasonal-themed events which will bring new customisation items, poses and animations. Additionally, weekly challenges are planned and they will reward players with limited time prizes and in-game currency.

The expansion pass is currently only available in Trials Rising Digital Gold Edition which costs $39.99. Trials Rising is out on 26 February 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch.
