Sonic Colors: Ultimate release date and price
Sonic Colors: Ultimate will launch both digitally and physically on September 7, 2021, for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Switch. A digital-only release will arrive for PC (via Epic Games Store) on the same day.
According to the announcement, Sonic Colors: Ultimate's price will start at $39.99.
Sonic Colors: Ultimate - what's new
The newly released spotlight trailer for Sonic Colors starts off in Dr Eggman’s Interstellar Amusement Park and showcases the Ultimate edition's new high-definition look in 4K, at 60 FPS, along with improved lighting and graphics. The game's music has also been remixed.
Sonic Colors: Ultimate will launch with a brand-new mode titled "Rival Rush". The new mode will pit the players against Metal Sonic.
A slew of additional upgrades such as park tokens, a "Jade Ghost" Sonic form, customizable controls and temporary invincibility after collecting 100 coins have been showcased in the new trailer.
