We're down to counting days until Red Dead Redemption 2 launches and Rockstar rolled out a short but sweet launch trailer, some high-resolution shots of Arthur Morgan's adventures, specifically those in the tropical island of Guarma.
Rockstar obviously thought Red Dead Redemption 2's Caribbean excursion will be perfect to show off the game's capabilities when paired with a PC, and it's hard to argue with them.
You don't have to worry about spoilers in the trailer, even though Guarma is pretty deep in the story. It's actually the fifth chapter of Red Dead Redemption 2's story but Rockstar's games traditionally take half an hour to spoil, so we wouldn't be overly worried.
"After being hounded off the mainland, Arthur and the gang find themselves caught in a local conflict on the shores of a remote Caribbean island, disoriented and yearning to find a path back to their hidden fortune - and the dreams of a better future promised by their charming and increasingly erratic leader, Dutch van der Linde", the description reads.
Rockstar have been sweetening the deal for Red Dead Redemption 2 with some game freebies, and you're still eligible provided you preorder via their launcher. Preordering through Epic Games Store, Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, Game Stop and a few other digital stores comes with a 25 Gold Bar bonus in Red Dead Online.
Additionally, Red Dead Redemption 2 preloading is live already, just in case you want to be ready to play the moment it launches. You can check out the rest of the bonuses .
After a year of being exclusive to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and a ton of rumours, Red Dead Redemption 2 launches on PC on 5 November 2019.
