Niantic released a Pokemon GO update that shortened the game's Raids and added a bunch of new Pokemon. November marks the final migration of the game's three current Legendary dogs. Niantic has a new type of encounter called EX Raids in the works.

Pokemon GO has some new Raid bosses. The fresh batch is mostly made up out of Gen 1 Pokemon. Also, your Raid timer will from now on read 45 minutes instead of the usual hour.

Without further ado, here are all the new Raid Bosses in Pokemon GO:

  • Tier 1: Ivysaur, Waroturtle, Charmeleon, Metapod.

Niantic is trading in second-tier Gen 2 Starter evolutions for second-tier Gen 1 Starter evolutions. If those six empty spots in your Pokedex were getting on your last nerve, now's the time to act.

  • Tier 2: Sableye, Magneton, Marowak, Cloyster, Tentacruel, Sandslash.

Sableye is a new addition as of Magneton might be able to fit nicely into an electric attacking team if you're willing to spend some Stardust.

  • Tier 3: Ninetales, Scyther, Omastar, Porygon.

Some people still have Porygon and Scyther shaped holes in their Pokedexes and the new Raids have decided to give them an opportunity to right that wrong. Omastar is the one to look at though as it's more powerful than you might expect even without its legacy moveset. Additionally, Alakazam, Gengar and Machamp are all still appearing.

  • Tier 4: Poliwrath, Victreebeel, Golem, Nidoking, Nidoqueen.

Most of these are pretty common. Golem might be the only Pokemon who might prove itself useful in a fight. Also, Tyranitar, Lapras and Snorlax are all still spawning, with Tyranitar still being the star of the show.

This month marks the final migration of the game's three . After doing a tour around the Asia-Pacific region as well as Europe and Africa, Suicine has now settled into Legendary Raid Battles in North America. Likewise, Raikou is ending its tour in Europe and Africa, while players in the Asia-Pacific region can now fight and capture Entei. Players have until 30 November to battle the Legendaries as tier-5 Raid bosses.

In addition to standard Raids, Niantic has a new type of encounter called EX Raids in the works. This type of a Raid will be invitation only, and offer an exclusive chance to encounter certain Pokemon like the Legendary Psychic-type Mewtwo.

One more piece of information: Pokemon GO accounts that use third party trackers, as well as accounts that are already flagged as cheats won’t be able to see rare Pokemon in scanned areas.
