Riot Games introduced the League of Legends Honor system, designed to promote positive conduct among players. It incentivizes good behavior by granting rewards to those who contribute positively to the gaming environment and fellow players' experiences.
The Three Honors Malzahar Skin is currently on the PBE (Public Beta Environment) for testing. It is scheduled to be released during League of Legends' 2023 Preseason, coinciding with the end of Season 12 Ranked play, which has a deadline of November 14th.
Players who reach Honor level 5 before this date will receive the skin and a permanent champion within four weeks after November 14th.
How to get the Three Honors Malzahar skin
- To obtain the Three Honors Malzahar skin, you must reach Honor level 5.
- If you are already Honor level 5 when the skin is released and have an Honor 5 Token, you can get the Three Honors Malzahar skin for free.
- If you are not yet at Honor level 5, you will need to increase your Honor level by playing matches and demonstrating positive behavior.
- Gaining Honor scores is based on being positive and sportsmanlike in your games. Consistency in positive behavior is key to progress.
- Teammates honoring each other also boosts Honor scores, even if you are not directly honored.
- Extra Honor is received from matchmade teammates compared to premade teammates.
- Maintain a positive attitude and good sportsmanship, even in challenging matches, to improve your Honor level.
Earning Honor scores is contingent on maintaining a positive attitude during your games. Minor instances of toxicity in a few matches won't significantly impact your Honor rating. However, constantly vacillating between negative and positive behavior in your games can impede your overall progress.
Furthermore, when all your teammates extend honors to someone on the team, your Honor score receives an additional boost, even if you weren't directly commended. Additionally, you garner more Honor from teammates matched with you randomly compared to those in pre-arranged groups.
