Although unrelated to Humble Bundle's recent achievement where they became an official outlet for Nintendo Switch and 3DS games, their free game A Story About My Uncle certainly comes as a nice celebratory item, even if it's for PC only.
Let's get the non-free stuff out of the way - Humble Bundle will offer a selection of classic and new Nintendo titles for 3DS and Switch platforms. This includes Nintendo Online memberships, expansion passes and all the remaining bells and whistles.
Note that Humble's new offer is currently only available in the US and there's no word on whether there are plans to bring the offer to Europe as well. Furthermore, Nintendo's games are not subject to the 10 per cent perk Humble Bundle subscribers get.
As for Humble Bundle's freebie, we're talking about a quite unique first-person platformer developed by Gone North Games and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. A Story About My Uncle will have you swinging around the in-game world, using a special grappling hook.
As the story goes, players will be assuming the role of a boy looking for his uncle, who ends up looking for him in a strange yet quite beautiful world. "Take help of your uncle’s mysterious inventions that let you jump incredibly high and far through beautiful scenery, uncover clues to your uncle’s whereabouts, and meet fantastical creatures that will help you on your journey", the description reads.
As you grapple around the world of A Story About My Uncle, you'll be finding out more about the story. As you can see, the game is quite a spectacle and promises quite a few hours of swinging fun, not to mention that this pleasure comes absolutely free, as long as you subscribe to Humble's newsletter.

While we're on the subject of free games, you may want to know that Epic are giving out on the Epic Games store. Interestingly, even though the two couldn't be more different in terms of pacing, their lengthy names aren't the only thing that connects these games, but we'll let you be the judge.
