The seventh mainline instalment in the Guilty Gear franchise has achieved the huge milestone of 500K units sold worldwide. Guilty Gear Strive was officially released into the wild on June 11, 2021.
To celebrate, Arc System Works will hold a special live stream on July 21, 2021, at 2:00 a.m. BST. The upcoming stream will reveal the identity of the first DLC character on their way to Guilty Gear Strive.

Guilty Gear Strive was last updated on June 29. The latest update added the opening movie to the title screen and a new voice language.
The opening movie was set to start playing after remaining idle for a certain amount of time.
The latest voice language added to the game was Korean. Players can change the voices through "Settings" in the main menu.
