Banner re-runs have recently become pretty common in the world of Genshin Impact. A recent leak revealed that we might get the chance to pull for Hu Tao or Childe.

Genshin Impact  updates 2.0 and 2.1 have brought much-needed fresh content after all the previous banner re-runs which kind of felt like filler updates. After numerous new characters like Ayaka, Yoimiya, Raiden Shogun and Sara, we could expect a character drought for the foreseeable future.

A recent post from a credible Genshin Impact leaker called abc64 has  revealed  that we will apparently see two banner re-runs, the first cycle featuring Hu Tao and the second one will bring Childe.

Hu Tao has certainly become one of the fan-favorite characters in Genshin Impact. She is one of the strongest characters in the game right now and probably the strongest DPS in the game alongside Ganyu and Eula. Hu Tao is a Pyro polearm user and she is one of the most important characters in the Liyue region.

Previously, another credible Genshin Impact leaker called UBatcha1 has apparently revealed  that at the moment, Hu Tao's re-run is scheduled to be released after Ganyu's, but these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt. This would mean that she could be released as the second banner character of the 2.2 update which should drop around November 15.

Tartaglia, better known as Childe, is one of the strongest DPS characters in the game right now and he can also be used as a sub-DPS. He's a very cool and diverse character thanks to his ability to constantly switch between melee and ranged attacks. Unlike Venti who's playstyle revolves around using his Burst and letting the DPS characters do the hard work, Childe has a much bigger learning curve.

It's safe to say that he's probably one of the hardest characters in the game right now thanks to his diverse playstyle and cooldown management. This can actually be a good thing since, let's face it, it's not uncommon for most DPS characters to become a bit monotonous. If we exclude all the elemental reaction combos made by all of your party members, the fighting mechanics of one character are very simple.
