Could we see the Hu Tao banner in the following weeks?

A recent tweet from a popular Genshin Impact leaker revealed the auto-attack and Elemental Burst animations for one of the upcoming characters - Hu Tao.

Hu Tao is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact and her absence from the 1.3 update generated even more hype around this Pyro character. Considering that both Xiao and Keqing will have a shorter banner than usual there is a chance for this cheeky troublemaker to make her way into this update.

Thanks to a popular Genshin Impact leaker called Lumie, we now have a glimpse of what Hu Tao could bring to the table when it comes to flashy animations:

According to Honey Hunter World , we already know all of Hu Tao's stats as well as her ascension materials. Her elemental skill is called Guide to Afterlife lets her consume a portion of her HP in order to enter the Paramita Papilia state which increases her attack stat based on her maximum HP which cannot exceed 400 per cent of her base ATK.

Hu Tao's Elemental Burst is called Spirit Soother and it allows her to command a blazing spirit to attack and deal Pyro damage in a large area. She regenerates a percentage of her HP upon striking an enemy which can be triggered up to five times. This effect is increased if Hu Tao drops below 50 per cent HP.

Looking at her passive talents and constellations we can draw the conclusions that Hu Tao benefits from being low on HP which means that she will probably need to have HP in her build. This will probably result in a bad synergy with one of if not the best support at the moment, Bennett, considering that his Fantastic Voyage provides immense healing that is capped on 70 per cent.
