Ahead of the official launch next month, developer Turn 10 Studios have dropped a new Forza Motrosport gameplay demo which clocks at 17 minutes and gives us a closer look at some initial tracks and vehicles.
The video preview includes an open practice lap at Maple Valley track with 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray. a full race on Grand Oak Raceway with the 2018 Honda Civic Type R and The Builders Cup Intro series, which serves as the game's main campaign.
While some previous footage didn't do the game any justice in terms of visuals, this latest preview looks notably better, which should make Xbox Series X|S owners happy.
The new gameplay footage is captured in 4K and 60 FPS on Xbox Series X. The graphical mode appears to be a Performance Mode with ray-tracing, which is one of the three graphical modes in Forza Motorsport.
While it's hard to say just how well the cars behave by watching this gameplay, some influencers have played the game recently and confirmed that the physics and driving model has indeed received a major overhaul and feels much better, just like Turn 10 Studios promised.
Forza Motorsport is coming on October 10, 2023, to Xbox Series X|S consoles, PC via the Microsoft Store and Steam, and Xbox Game Pass for console, PC and Cloud Gaming (Beta).
