Microsoft Flight Simulator is entering a closed beta test on July 30, 2020. Before that, you can also try the game in closed beta early access, which is available now to those with invitations.
In the latest development update over at Flight Simulator website, the developers have offered a couple of new details about the upcoming closed beta test for their gorgeous-looking sim.
In case you missed last week's update, the team confirmed that the closed beta test officially kicks off on July 30, 2020. In today, update, we got a confirmation that this is still the start date but the beta is also available now to some players via early access.
"As a Special Thanks to all of you in the Alpha Community for your feedback and dedication to help make Microsoft Flight Simulator awesome, we are giving you early access to the Closed Beta build today," it is written in the post.
For those who did not participate in the Alpha and are waiting for their invitations, Flight Simulator devs announce that on July 23, 2020, they will begin sending out invitations for the closed beta participation. In case you don't get your invitation on the same day, fear not, it should arrive the next day since the invitations will roll out in phases. As a reminder, if you are already an Alpha tester, you will automatically receive access to the Closed Beta.
Flight Simulator is coming to PC on August 18, 2020.
