According to Bethesda, The Burrows dungeon in Fallout 76 is balanced for two or more Vault Dwellers, who are at least level 50. The dungeon will reward players with plenty of loot and XP and it's arriving on Tuesday, 16 April 2019.
Bethesda's upcoming update for Fallout 76 is set to introduce a highly anticipated new dungeon named The Borrows and a new Snapmatic! camera. The publisher detailed both of these additions in their latest blog post, and by the looks of it, Vault Dwellers will have a lot of content to keep them busy for some time.
According to Bethesda, The Burrows used to be an extensive storm drain system beneath the city which became a safe haven for wanderers and displaced residents after the war. The Brotherhood of Steel sent some of their forces into The Borrows to investigate the source of strange electronic signatures emanating from the drain system, but the whole crew got lost and never returned.
Now, it's up to you to find out what's going on down there and to begin your quest, named Waste Management, you'll need to access The Burrows using one of two manhole covers in Harper's Ferry. There you'll find a dead Brotherhood of Steel scribe, whose corpse holds information that will send you deeper into the sewers.
Bethesda say The Burrows is balanced to be a challenge for at least two, level 50 Vault Dwellers, but you may be able to tackle it alone if you're well geared and brave. Those who emerge victorious and survive the dungeon will receive a bunch of loot and XP.
The quest can be completed only once, but after it's finished you can repeat the dungeon as many times as you'd like for even higher loot drops and XP.
The second addition coming to Fallout 76 later this month is the new in-game camera. It works exactly the same as the game's photo mode but the difference is that you can equip it like a standard weapon and use it to quickly take some shots.
You can even mod the camera by adding new lenses that offer better magnification. The camera doesn’t have as many customization options as photo mode, such as filters, frames or poses but it makes it easier to capture the world around you. Additionally, any pictures you take with the camera will be saved to your Photomode gallery where you can customise the photos further.
The Burrows is coming on 16 April 2019, while Snapmatic camera doesn't have a specific release date, but it should launch sometime this month.
