Funcom have revealed that Conan Exiles' huge free update Age of Sorcery is officially launching on September 1, 2022.

The long-awaited 3.0 update for Funcom's hardcore survival game Conan Exiles is finally launching on September 1, 2022, the publisher announced today.

The update Age of Sorcery is massive and will add a ton of new content, allowing players to become corrupted sorcerers for the first time.

To celebrate the milestone of this massive free update, Conan Exiles will be free to try on Steam from September 1-8 and on Xbox from September 8-11.

Last but not least, Funcom have shared a new key art for the Age of Sorcery to more accurately represent the identity of the update.

Age of Sorcery update is set to introduce many improvements and new features, requested by the community including overhauled building, new Creative Mode, Followers rebalancing, sorcery changes and much much more.

Here's the official summary of the major additions:

Delve into dark sorcery and everything that comes with it: ritual sacrifice, summoning demons and undead, the ability to take to the sky in the clutches of a bat demon, conjure storms, turn invisible, and much more.

Also coming in Age of Sorcery is a huge attribute revamp with new perks, a dedicated building interface, a creative mode to let you build without restrictions, a Battle Pass brimming with cosmetics, and a ton of other improvements.
