Fresh leaks have revealed a reward for all players who participate in the Verdansk nuke event, which is just around the corner. The reward is a cool-looking calling card that shows Verdansk in flames.
Call of Duty Warzone's major nuke event is coming soon and as you may know, it will bring several changes to Verdansk, not a brand new map as some leaks and rumours suggested. Recently, we got to see the cancelled Ural mountains map, which was supposed to replace Verdansk and it's safe to say that the fans are disappointed with Activision's decision to stick with Verdansk, instead of bringing the leaked Ural map.
Anyway, now that we basically know that Verdansk is here to stay, we can only look forward to these changes that will happen during the Nuke event. The date for this major event is yet to be revealed but it's safe to assume that it's coming at the end of the season. The event will also bring some rewards to those who participate.
As revealed by Call of Duty leaker Zesty, the calling card shows scorched Vverdansk, right after the fallout. Check it out below:
To be fair, it's a cool-looking card and it looks even better in the GIF version, which you can check out here.
The leaked also found a message that congratulates the players on completing Part 1 of the Verdansk nuke event, which suggests the destruction may have two or three parts. "Congratulations on completing The Destruction of Verdansk Part 1! To celebrate we are rewarding you this."
