This week, Call of Duty: Mobile is set to introduce two big additions - a brand new battle royale class named Poltergeist and three new weapons for players to earn.

Call of Duty: Mobile's upcoming update may not be as big as the one that is now live in Modern Warfare, the game's bigger brother, but it still brings a couple of neat additions that players will certainly appreciate. The highlight of this week's update is a brand new battle royale class.

Named Poltergeist, it brings two abilities - Active Camo and Voidwalker - and it focuses on stealthy gameplay to ultimately position yourself to take down the opponent. You can obtain the new class by completing all the objectives under the events tab, starting May 21 2020.

On top of this, Call of Duty: Mobile has introduced new Seasonal Challenges and multi-step mission sets. You can complete all these objectives to earn some pretty cool rewards like new weapons.

Close Quarters Master gets you the Pharo, a burst SMG, Elite Marksman challenge reward is the Locus sniper rifle while those who complete Gunslinger will earn the Cordite SMG. You can check out these challenges in the Seasonal section of the Events tab.

You can find more details about these additions in the latest blog post on Activision's website.
