It looks like this year's Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is set to bring back some of the most iconic multiplayer maps in the series. If the leak is true, Nuketown, Firing Range, Jungle and Sumit will make a return from Black Ops 4.

Later this year, Activision and Treyarch are set to release another major instalment in the Call of Duty series. Named Black Ops Cold War, the next Call of Duty will, as the name suggests, take players back into the Cold War era with a couple of Vietnam War missions.

Today, we have a new leak which revealed several multiplayer maps that will be available in the game. The leak comes from a reliable insider The Gaming Revolution but as always you should take it with a grain of salt just like any other rumour or unconfirmed info.

The Gaming Revolution claim s that Black Ops Cold War will reintroduce the old, iconic maps that have been present in Black Ops 4. These maps are Nuketown, Firing Range, Jungle and Sumit.

Now, many players will not be happy with this decision since these maps were available in Black Ops 4, like we already mentioned but you can bet that there are also those who prefer these old maps than new ones. Modern Warfare is a prime example of this.

Of course, a remake of the older maps is not necessarily a bad thing as long as Treyarch offers a solid selection of brand new maps.
